we follow with each of our funds

Meritas will:

• Act as shareholder advocates; by taking an active role in submitting and voting proxy resolutions; and by engaging companies in dialogue aimed at positively influencing corporate behavior with the intent to improve financial performance and the well-being of all stockholders.

• Invest in communities; by committing up to 2% of the assets in each Meritas Mutual Fund to community development investments aimed at generating positive social and environmental impact in communities where capital may not be readily available.
